Training
He has acquired significant experience in consulting and assistance, in and outside courts, in the field of Italian and European administrative law, with particular regard to the public procurement of works, services and supplies, project finance and energy, and civil law, with specific reference to the field of public contracts and on disputes concerning the execution phase of public procurement. In this context, he gained experience in litigation before the Italian Courts of administrative and civil law, as well as as before arbitration bodies such as the Italian National Anti-Corruption Authorities.
He graduated in Law from the University of Catania in 1999.
He has a Master degree in administrative law from the University of Catania.
He was accepted to the bar for the Catania district on 25/02/2003 and to the special Court of Appeals bar on 17/04/2015.
