Training
He is a legal consultant, in and outside of court, mainly in the field of administrative law, with particular reference to building and urban planning, legal issues regarding contracts and health care services, public assignments and electoral matters.
He has consistent experience in European Law, particularly with supranational courts.
After graduating Classics high school in 1998, he earned his degree with honors in law from the University of Catania, with a dissertation in Administrative Law on case studies of technical discretion sentences.
In 1999 he attended the Officers Academy for financial police and between 1999 and 2000 he was a Lieutenant at the General Headquarters of the Finance Guard (taking care of the progress of the Officers procedures).
He was admitted to the bar for the District of Catania in 2002 and to the special register of barristers before the higher courts in 2014.

He joined the practice in 2003.
In 2014, he graduated from the Nelson Mandela MA on the European protection of human and fundamental rights at the Institute Arturo Carlo Jemolo in Rome.
In 2015 he taught the Preparatory Course for the enrollment to the special register of lawyers before the higher courts.
