Training
He has significant consulting and assistance experience, both in and out of court, iin matters of civil law, commercial law and corporate law in favor of public bodies, companies and individuals, and in particular in the performance of works contracts, services and supplies in the field of medical, contract, commercial and corporate liability, bankruptcy procedures, execution procedures, procedures on arbitration, also in relation to public authorities.
He gained experience in the management of litigation before the national courts and the Court of Appeals and other Superior Jurisdictions.
He specialised in banking law in 1998-2000.
He attended a course focusing on arbitration in 2003 in Messina.
He graduated in law in 1993 from the University of Catania, where he subsequently attended a postgraduate course in banking law.
He was accepted to the bar for the Catania district.
