He specialises in administrative law, especially in public procurement of works (including amicable settlements and outlne agreements) supplies and services, public service provision, land acquisition,housing, building, urban planning and environment, expropriations and state employment. He graduated in Law from the University of Catania on the 29th of February 1992.
He is registered with the Bar for the district of Catania since February 1996 and with the Special Court of Appeals bar since September 2009.

Career overview
He started working at the practice in 1992. He has worked as a legal consultant for the national beach resort association for the province of Catania since 1996. Between 2002 and 2003 he worked as a legal consultant for the Catania port authority in administrative law disputes and overseen state concessions for areas connected to it. Between November 2002 and May 2012 he was a legal consultant for the Mayor of Fiumefreddo for all matters concerning local authority personnel, procurement and governance. In 2005 he was a consultant for the Acicastello local authority for urban planning matters, especially regarding private indvidiual and businesses challenges to developments. He represents the Giardini Naxos local authority for port authority matters. He made partner with the firm in January 2013.
